"We have been farming Sydney Rock oysters in Pambula Lake for 24 years, supplying opened, unopened and bottled oysters to the general public and restaurants.   Our team is like a big family, every member takes pride in the quality of our beautiful oysters and the pristine environment in which they are grown.  We reckon we have the best office in the world!"

Broadwater Oysters are special

Fresh Oysters - Direct to you

Oysters have been farmed on Pambula Lake for over 100 years. The Sydney Rock Oyster is a native species to Pambula Lake. They are naturally organic and good for our estuary environments. Broadwater Oysters experience excellent water quality. The oyster farmers of Pambula Lake conduct extensive water quality monitoring and shellfish testing year round to ensure the best possible environment for production of premium Sydney Rock Oysters.

Book into a farm tour and talk to the  farmers about oyster production and watch oysters being freshly opened ready for sale.

We sell our oysters opened, unopened or bottled. We are located halfway between Eden and Pambula on the Sapphire Coast of NSW.

Buy direct from us and you can eat your freshly opened oysters by the Lake or we can pack them for you to take away..
