Champions of the Catchment
Environmental Champions
As a result of Sue and Gregs efforts, Landcare has named them ‘Champions of the Catchment’. They have also won two NSW Coastal Conference Awards and the NSW Government GREEN GLOBE Award.
But they don’t do it for the recognition – they do it because they believe it’s the right thing to do. And their commitment is paying off: Pambula oysters are some of the best in the world. If you’re ever in the area, make sure to try one!
Medal Winning
Broadwater Oyster’s delicious Sydney Rock Oysters regularly bring home awards from across Australia — including GOLD, SILVER & BRONZE medals at Sydney Royal Show and Royal Hobart Show.
Shucking Champs
It’s not just the oysters that win awards! Owners of Broadwater Oysters, Greg and Sue are both winners in their own rights. Shucking Champs with awards from Eden Whale Festival, Pambula Show and the iconic Narooma Oyster Festival.
Industry Excellence
Broadwater Oysters are recognised as leaders in the Oyster Industry by their peers. Sue recently received an Outstanding Service Award for services to the NSW Oyster Industry from Department of Primary Industries – Fisheries NSW.
Environmental Champions
Sue and Greg take caring for the environment seriously as clean water equals healthy oysters. It is the reason Pambula oysters are SO good.
