We are located in a regional coastal area which limits the delivery services that we can access. Thankfully, unopened Sydney Rock Oysters ship really well because they are tidal creatures that live happily out of the water for a least 10 days.
We now have a shipping estimator available in the shopping cart of the website. Type in your postcode to check the delivery options and prices. Please contact our friendly Farm Shop team if you have additional questions or your area doesn't appear to be included in the shipping estimator.
AUSPOST EXPRESS POST SERVICE
We can fit up to 10 dozen Farm Gate Select (medium) Sydney Rock Oysters into an express post box for $27.50. We recommend this service for delivery areas that are not covered by our Courier Services.
We have regular customers in regional VIC, Brisbane and the Gold Coast that are very happy with the delivery timeframes that Australia Post - Express Post provides.
Please note: Once our lovely produce leaves the farm, we rely on Australia Post to deliver your order. Broadwater Oysters will not be held liable for lost, mishandled or boxes left at an unshaded area of your residence or in need of picking up at a post office.
COURIER SERVICE - Metrostate Couriers
We have used Metrostate Couriers reliable services for many years. At present, they are the only courier that accepts live oysters. They only service specific regions including NSW, ACT, Melb Metro and some SE QLD locations. The courier CANNOT deliver items to PO Boxes.
Please check the delivery timeframes (Metro areas next day service, other areas 2-3 days) and order well in advance of the date you wish to receive your order, depending on your location.
Please note: Once our lovely produce leaves the farm, we rely on courier partners to deliver your order. Broadwater Oysters will not be held liable for mishandled, missing boxes or boxes left at an unshaded area of your residence or in need of picking up at a post office. However, your feedback is valuable to us and we can use this to improve our business.
