Broadwater Oysters is a small family farm on the NSW Sapphire Coast. 

Greg  and Sue have been farming on the lake for 24 years, fulfilling their love for being outdoors and working with a natural, native product. Protecting the marine environment around them is at the core of everything they do on their farm. Their award-winning oysters and livelihoods depend on healthy waterways. Dedication towards their farming process delivers you a unique tide-to-table flavour sensation, fresh from the waters of Pambula Lake.

Pambula Lake oysters have a smooth, subtle flavour influenced by the water in which they are produced.

The clean, clear waters of Pambula Lake on the Sapphire Coast of NSW are a combination of fresh water moving down the Pambula and Yowaka rivers, and tidal exchange from the Pacific Ocean — this is the perfect recipe for the production of the finest Sydney Rock Oysters you will ever taste.
