Get the skills to shuck 3-year old, native Australian Sydney Rock Oysters yourself with expert advice from the Broadwater Oysters team and delicious oysters from Pambula Lake. You will be shown the best tips for handling, storing and shucking (opening) delicious Sydney Rock Oysters… it is not as hard as you think! Be amazed by the flavour difference when you shuck your own Sydney Rock Oysters. Inclusions: 1 dozen Sydney Rock Oysters and selected toppings.

Sure you love a good oyster but have heard the story behind perfect slurp straight from farmer. Broadwater Oysters owners Greg carton and Sue McIntyre will take you on an farming journey that spans 26 years. Taste their award-winning produce from Pambula Lake NSW. In this tasty, fun and hands-on session, you will also call on your inner-hunter gatherer instincts and learn to shuck your own fresh oysters. You will be amazed at the flavour difference as you savour the 'merroir' that can only be created from the pristine waters of Pambula Lake. Arrive early at the bar 'Dear Prudence' to soak up the atmosphere and order your complimentary beverage from the bar. Sue's recommendation for the perfect pairing includes a dry sparkling wine, rich Verdelho, crisp Pilsner, mello Amber Ale or even a chocolate Stout. Inclusions: Enjoy a dozen oysters each with special toppings, a cheese board and a complimentary beverage all chosen just for this event!
