Freshly opened Sydney Rock oysters from our farm shed on the shores of Pambula Lake. Pure, natural, oysters with their own liquid. Our small oysters are absolutely packed with flavour. They are perfect for a quick snack, to add to your favourite hors d'oeuvres or add to your cooking. Each jar is 156ml. There are approximately 2 dozen small tasty oysters in each jar.
